Social media management

A feed that looks like your restaurant on its best night, every week.

Full House
Social media management

The problem

Posting slips when service gets busy. A quiet feed tells new customers you might be closed, or not worth the trip.

What it is

We plan, write and post your content on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, using fresh material from your monthly shoot and anything you send us. Each month’s calendar is built around your trading: new menus, events, Christmas, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, match days.

You get three working days to comment on the calendar, then we proceed, so nothing stalls. Reactive posts for specials or events can be added with 48 hours’ notice.

Your DM inbox, complaint handling and trend videos aren’t included. Trend-led short-form video is available as the Viral Pack add-on, and Google and TripAdvisor reviews answered within 24 hours come with the Review management add-on.

Questions

Do you reply to DMs and complaints?

No. We reply to comments on our posts within one working day, Monday to Friday. Your inbox and complaint handling stay with you.

Can I get TikTok trend videos?

Yes, with the Viral Pack add-on: four researched, produced and posted short-form videos a month for £1,200. Availability is limited.

Can I buy social media management on its own?

Social management runs on content from the monthly shoot, so it’s part of Full House rather than a standalone service.
