Add-on · Review management
Every Google and TripAdvisor review answered within 24 hours, and more of them coming in.

Reviews decide where people eat. They’re the first thing diners check, including when they ask AI tools for a recommendation. Unanswered reviews, a slow trickle of new ones and a harsh comment left hanging all cost you bookings.
We monitor Google and TripAdvisor every day and reply to every new review within 24 hours, in your voice. Negative reviews come to you first, within 24 hours, so you can add context before we respond.
To keep fresh reviews coming in, we provide NFC review cards for your tables and set up an email follow-up asking recent diners to leave a review. We agree a ranking target with you at the start, such as a place in your city’s top restaurants on TripAdvisor, and track it every month.
We cover Google and TripAdvisor only. This is ongoing upkeep, not crisis management: a sustained wave of negative reviews needs a different plan, and we’ll tell you if that’s where you are. It works best once you’re getting two or three new reviews a month.
